SEMPPR-- a Stochastic Evolutionary Model of Protein Production Rates

Publicly Released software for implementing SEMPPR model. Note that this code is released without warranty. The exact results published in Gilchrist (2007) were actually generated using Mathematica 5.2. This software was created for future development of the model and to allow free distribution of the program. It should produce results indistinguishable to those published.

Latest Release

Version 1.0.2 Released on Oct 24, 2007. Includes a number of important bug fixes. A gzipped, tar archive of the director is available here .

Previous Releases

Archive of tar, gzipped archives of previous releases. In general, these versions should not be used since they may generally contain serious bugs.
