Morrill Hall is an air-conditioned residence hall on The University 
of Tennessee campus. Each suite has two bedrooms and a semi-private 
bath. Each bedroom in the suite has 2 extra long twin beds, two 
closets, a dresser, and a desk. There will be one person assigned 
to each room within the suite, and they will share the semi-private 
bath. Suite-mates for each suite will be assigned by the University. 

The pricing is as follows: $21.65 per person per night tax-inclusive. 
If you would like to request a specific Suite-mate, you may do so 
both on the on-line registration page and on the printable form. 

These prices do not include parking, but do include shuttle 
transportation to and from the conference location each day. 

Parking permits can be purchased upon arrival. Permits are $5 per day, 
so an event permit covering Friday, July 12 through Tuesday, July 16 
will be $27.06 tax-inclusive.

Please reply as soon as possible if you are going to need a Parking 
permit for your car parked on Campus.  

Frequently asked questions: 

The Morrill Hall Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day.  Arriving any 
time is not a problem.

Top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow, pillowcase, and blanket, plus towels.  
Daily Towel Exchange available at front desk, emergency linen 
exchange at front desk also.

Phones in each guest room.  Local calls are free by dialing an 8 to 
get an outside line.  Long distance calls require a calling or credit 
card.

There are no food outlets open in the Residence Hall.  However, there 
are vending machines and several different kinds of food vendors 
deliver to the Dorm. 


Directions to Morrill Hall:

Traveling North on I-75 or East or West on I-40: Follow I-75/I-40 
to Exit 386, Then Exit onto U.S. 129 (Alcoa Highway) south (toward 
Airport and Smoky Mtns.). Take the Kingston Pike exit. Turn left onto 
Kingston Pike. Continue straight through next three traffic lights. 
Turn right at the third light onto Volunteer Blvd.  Follow Volunteer 
Blvd for approximately 1.5 miles to the first operational traffic light.  
Turn left onto Pat Head Summit Street.  At the stop sign turn left onto 
Andy Holt Avenue.  Drive approximately .5 mile and the driveway to 
Morrill Hall is on your right.  You may unload from this area, and will 
then be directed on to the closest available parking lot.

Travelling South on I-75 (I-275 South): Follow I-75 to I-275 to Knoxville, 
Exit I-275 onto I-75/I-40 West. Follow I-75/I-40 to Exit 386, Then Exit 
onto U.S. 129 (Alcoa Highway) south (toward Airport and Smoky Mtns.). 
Take the Kingston Pike exit. Turn left onto Kingston Pike. Continue 
straight through next two traffic lights. Turn right at the third light

north to Knoxville.  Take the Kingston Pike exit.  Turn right onto 
Kingston Pike and continue straight through next traffic light.  Turn 
right at the second traffic light will be Volunteer Blvd. Follow 
Volunteer Blvd for approximately 1.5 miles to the first operational 
traffic light.  Turn left onto Pat Head Summit Street.  At the stop 
sign turn left onto Andy Holt Avenue.  Drive approximately .5 mile 
and the driveway to Morrill Hall is on your right.  You may unload 
from this area, and will then be directed on to the closest available 
parking lot.
