Attendees of the Society for Mathematical Biology 2002 Conference will have 4 different housing
options for the duration of the event. These

Connected to the UT Conference Center via a covered walkway and just across the street, this hotel property will serve as the Headquarters Hotel for the Conference. This hotel is offering rooms at a rate of $79.00 per room per night plus tax (1-4 persons per room). Each individual is responsible for all charges related to the room, including all incidentals charged to the room. Cancellations of room reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to avoid the charge of one night's room rate. Check-in time is 3pm and checkout time is 12noon. Rooms may not be available prior to 3pm due to previous night's occupancy. Parking is available for a $5 daily fee in an adjacent garage. The conference will supply shuttle transportation to and from the Days Inn Campus to the conference location each day. Rooms are available at a rate of $50.00 per room per night plus tax (1-4 per room). Each individual is responsible for all charges related to the room, including incidentals charged to the room. Cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance. Check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is 11am. Rooms may not be available prior to 2pm due to previous night's occupancy. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Morrill Hall is an air-conditioned residence hall on The University of Tennessee campus. Each suite has two bedrooms and a semi-private bath. Each bedroom in the suite has 2 extra long twin beds, two closets, a dresser, and a desk. There will be one person assigned to each room within the suite, and they will share the semi-private bath. Suite-mates for each suite will be assigned by the University. You may register for campus housing via the on-line registration page if paying with credit card or purchase order. If paying by check or money order, you may print off the registration form and mail it to us using the address listed on the form. The pricing is as follows: $21.65 per person per night tax-inclusive. If you would like to request a specific Suite-mate, you may do so both on the on-line registration page and on the printable form. These prices do not include parking, but do include shuttle transportation to and from the conference location each day. Parking permits can be purchased upon arrival. Permits are $5 per day, so an event permit covering Friday, July 12 through Tuesday, July 16 will be $27.06 tax-inclusive.
